Class Descriptions

Boot Camp
In 60 minutes, we'll take a comprehensive approach to your fitness routine by incorporating exercises that challenge your
cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, balance, flexibility and agility. Using a variety of equipment, no
two classes are ever the same. Be challenged and inspired in a small team of other women lead by a dynamic certified female

Core and More
This 45 minute class focuses on interdisciplinary core training designed to give you a total body work out using resistance
bands, physio balls, Bosu trainers with a focus on posture and training of abdominal and back muscles.

Fire in the Belly
This core conditioning class intertwines some yoga and pilates mat work designed to challenge all the muscles in the core
responsible for posture and tone then adds  some newer non-traditional core training methods such as the TRX trainer and
bosu ball. Feel the burn!


Hip Hop Fit
Feel like the star of your own music video as we use hard hitting music to inspire a killer low body and cardio work out. Hip
Hop Hooray!


Latin Heat
You bring the water, we bring the sweat. This class is hybrid of cardio kickboxing, martial arts movements, latin dance, and
traditional aerobics and plyometrics conditioning choreographed to latin american music. Feel the sizzle!!

Lunch Bite Express Circuit
In the time you spend to drive to your local fast food drive through and back, you can get a kick butt 30 minute work out using
circuit training to improve your cardio and strength ability! Each day will be intentionally different to eliminate boredom, as
we zip through a total body strength training program in only 30 minutes. We'll use kettlebells, jump ropes, body weight, Bosu
Trainers, the TRX suspension trainer, agility ladder as well as free weight exercises focusing on functional strength training
using multi-joint movements to make the maximum use of your time spent working out.


Salsa Baby
Dance your way back into shape with the best little partner of all...Your Baby!  This class is designed for the mom or dad who
isn't afraid to get a little sweaty and exercise the pounds away, learning popular Latin dances, while babies shake their
maracas and safely bounce along to the Salsa beat!  Each week participants will learn new steps and variations to the Cha-Cha-
Cha, Samba, Mambo, Merengue, Bachata and of course the Salsa! Appropriate for babies from 6 weeks to 18 months, as long as
participants are comfortable supporting the baby in a front carrier or wrap for the duration of the class (typically infants are
under the age of 12 months, depending on weight of the baby).  All levels of fitness and dance experience are welcome.


Tank Top Toning
This 30 minute class will focus on building lean muscle in your upper body. Come sculpt you biceps, triceps, shoulders, and
back just in time for summer.

The Great Summer Shape Up
This 60 or 90 minute class will focus on traditional strength training, core training, and intervals of cardio to give you an
overall fat burning and muscle building work out. This class is for all level of exerciser, but you WILL be pushed and
challenged. Also includes some nutritional counseling and support.


Zumba Beginners
Learn the basic steps found in the Zumba! We’ll break down the merengue, cumbia, salsa, reggaeton, samba, and belly dance
and we’ll present them in the context of the music you’ll see in our Zumba classes!

Zumba
Zumba®  fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone
and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!

here. Zumba + incorporates a 30 minute AB routine following an hour of
Zumba!

Zumbatomic
In our 1-hour class we'll get those ZUMBA® FOR KIDS bodies moving with a fun warm-up!  We'll then move from song to song
with the best ZumbAtomic® music and routines.  We'll wrap up our 1-hour class with a fun cool down .  Each child will then
pick a cool prize from the ZUMBA® FOR KIDS gift box!   Dress children in light comfortable clothing, with socks & shoes
(preferably dance shoes)  Each child should also have their own water bottle, clearly labeled with their name.




Please note any class with consistent attendance of less than 5 students is subject to
cancellation or change.
