| Client Testimonials "Hi all! I cannot say enough good things about the women's fitness boot camp. I had not worked out in about 10 years until I bit the bullet and decided to join this class 4weeks ago. Sara pushes me enough to feel like I am getting results, but not too much that I just want to quit. Being outside is a great alternative to stuffy gyms and she really focuses on a woman's problem areas (you know what I'm talking about...!).I am definitely not saying it's easy and you don't feel the burn (and soreness the day later), but it's so worth it-and it really makes you feel good mentally and physically. So get your hubbie to watch the kids or find a sitter, grab a friend (if you have better luck than me and one will take you up on your offer) and join! Thanks for reading " "I just had to get some new shorts – dropped a size – Thanks Sara – thanks to you I am finally smaller then before kids!" "This program is innovative. It's still fun and challenging after doing it for 20 weeks!" Frequently Asked Questions What type of exercises are included in the program? Each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and keep the program challenging. We work with free weights, kettlebells, jump ropes, bosu trainers, and body weight exercises. I'll demonstrate both high-impact and low- impact versions of exercises and vary the intensity of workouts on a daily basis to minimize fatigue and injury. What is the difference between the beginner and the advanced program? The beginner program is suggested for the deconditioned participant with little strength training experience. The advanced program moves at a little faster pace with exercises that may have a higher degree of difficulty.
